Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item MUST be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn and unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at chloe@tornow.com.au or visit the location you purchased the item at. You will need to provide the following to begin the process: Full name, receipt, and reason for return.

We will notify you of an outcome once we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s). If approved, refunds will be paid back to the purchaser's original account. Refunds may take 5 - 10 business days for funds to be made available in the nominated account.

For purchases, we offer refunds and exchanges on: 

Incorrect size, incorrect order, faulty product and change of mind.

*Please note that customers must cover return shipping fees in all circumstances unless an item is deemed faulty.

Online Orders

Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt, and contact us immediately if any items are found to be defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item; we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
