A LETTER FROM THE DIRECTOR

It’s with a heavy heart that I have made the decision to close the doors on Tornow Equestrian.

Since I was a little girl, it has always been my dream to create something meaningful for the equestrian world. The Showguard has been at the heart of that dream, taking over six years to design and develop, including completing my thesis overseas on its concept. I made multiple attempts to secure funding, even relocating to WA to apply for the Innovator Grant, all while bootstrapping the business on my own.

While bringing the Showguard to life and creating innovative designs for riders has been an incredible journey, the business simply hasn’t gained the traction it needed to continue long term. With limited support from the community, it’s no longer viable for the brand to move forward.

To farewell Tornow Equestrian, I’ll be holding a Close Down Sale. This is your last chance to grab our pieces at heavily reduced prices. Once they’re gone, they’re gone for good.

Thank you to everyone who supported this dream, wore the products, and believed in the vision. Your encouragement has meant the world. It’s heartbreaking to close this chapter, and I’m saddened that I couldn’t quite get it to where I hoped - to continue providing Australian riders with the innovation our sport deserves.
